Visited a store and felt overlooked by the sales assistant. I found the shoes myself, and when I asked for a different size, the assistant was missing. When he finally returned, I requested the size I needed, and he checked, stating only larger sizes were available. I asked about the desired size in another color, and he raised his voice, saying he didn’t have time to check. Frustrated, I decided to go to another store for proper assistance. He then hurriedly checked and mentioned it might be in stock at another location, but we were already leaving. There were only two other customers in the store besides my husband and me. We chose to take our business elsewhere. I really like the brand, but I can’t accept poor service.

We decided to take our business elsewhere. I really enjoy the brand, but I won’t tolerate poor service.
No order number has been provided, making it impossible to return the trainers for which my wife paid over a significant amount. All she has is a packing slip, with no order number or confirmation email, and without an order number, there seems to be no way to contact the company. You cannot send them an email, only complete a form that goes unacknowledged.
I love the brand and the new slip-ins are fantastic, but I had a terrible experience at a store. I received a pair of shoes as a gift that were too big, and when I went to exchange them, they didn’t have my size. The manager issued a credit note, and after several visits trying different pairs, I requested a refund since they had nothing I liked in my size. The manager responded rudely and dismissed me, making me feel humiliated. The staff lacks training in customer service, and I won’t return or purchase from this brand again.
Almost a year old and the soles cracked in multiple places. Customer service denied warranty because I paid cash and didn’t keep the receipt. When a sole cracks this badly within a year, I would consider it defective or at least poor quality. For the price, I won’t buy another pair. I did send pictures to the company.
