I order some boots with delivery time saying 5-7 days it has been longer than that so I contacted the UPS to track my item, they said as off the 6th November they have had no updates and therefore think it has been lost and to contact Skechers directly so they can investigate. After giving up trying to speak to a real person on phone i managed to live chat with a robot for a bit before finally getting a real person only to be told they don't know where my item is or when it will be delivered but it's "not lost" so now I need to go buy some other boots and wait god know how long to receive the ones I ordered so I can send them back for a refund so not only is it a great inconvenience i will also be out of pocket too
