Bought a pair of Skechers trainers for my badminton & squash games (from Amazon) and they're great. They have a supportive insole and a good, grippy white sole, all of which makes they great (and great value). I see other reviewers have complained about delivery but via Amazon Prime they are quick (within 48hrs).

I'll never use sketchers online again..in-store possibly. Online no. First time ordering. I needed trainers and sandals for my first holiday abroad. They still haven't arrived. Ups have lost them. Says they were in my home town over a week ago but ups said they weren't that it was lost in london.I wasn't aware they came from abroad. Ups say sketchers need to contact them as they cannot locate my parcel and sketchers need to refund me or replace. I've been ordered nothing. Had to put a PayPal claim . Absolutely devastated as one I needed them. Two I've had no help from sketchers. Just keep getting palmed off or ignored. So disappointed.

Extremely frustrating experience with online ordering.

My experience with ordering online was incredibly disappointing. I wasted so much time trying to reach out for assistance, only to feel as if I, the customer, was at fault.
The delivery was claimed to be completed earlier than the promised 5 business days, and after I sent a complaint via email, I received no follow-up even after waiting for 5 business days.
It seems to be on their own schedule.
I highly recommend avoiding this service; it's simply a frustrating use of time.

Delivery date missed and poor customer support

I placed an order with a delivery date of December 19th, but there has been no sign of the trainers. The customer service is extremely disappointing; they seem aware of the UPS truck being held at customs but haven’t bothered to keep customers updated. They promised an update on the 22nd but I haven't heard anything since. I will need to raise a dispute and will not order from this website again.

Significant Delays and Quality Concerns

Shipping Delays and Poor Quality

I ordered a pair of trainers months ago, and the delivery took an incredibly long time. When I finally received them, I wore them for only a couple of months at work and found them very uncomfortable. Lack of Durability After Short Use

I’ve had these boots for only three months, strictly for work, and I started experiencing pain at the back of my heel. Upon inspection, I found that the leather had completely worn through. For work boots, three months before failure is unacceptable. I expected much better durability and comfort from a product intended for professional use. I’ll be looking for alternatives.

Customer Service Improvement

Initially, I found the customer service to be extremely disappointing. However, after the involvement of a manager, all my issues were addressed satisfactorily. The service I received from the manager was exceptional, justifying the five-star rating. Nonetheless, the customer service department needs to resolve issues at their level without needing managerial intervention.

Quality Issues with Both Budget and Premium Trainers

I bought a budget pair of walking trainers for around £65, and within two months, one developed a large hole. Thinking it was due to the price, I then purchased a higher-end pair for £140, only to encounter the same issue in four months. It felt like stepping on a stone while walking. I can't keep replacing trainers every few months. I tried contacting customer service about the issue, but they were unhelpful. Additionally, I encountered difficulties reaching them by phone. It would be wise for the company to update their information and prioritize customer support.

Frustrating Delivery Experience

If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered boots two weeks ago, and they still haven't arrived. There's no one to talk to on the phone, and the email response took five days without any concrete action. Just a vague reassurance about delivery that has been delayed for too long. I advise against ordering from this service.
