Ordered a pair of 2024 ski boot for my son, the pair I received was manufactured in April of 2022. If I wanted 2022, there was other cheaper options before I made the order. I called to understand the situation and was told it was a carry over boot from the 2023 season. Since the boot will be used as hand me downs for my 3 kids, I plan to return it so I can purchase a more recently manufactured boot. I was told that I would have to pay shipping and was even asked if I called to check on it before my purchase. Basically the customer service is blaming me for not researching enough and it is my fault. I express that to the customer rep, and was told, "okay, I can offer you return label". I still have not gotten the return label yet so I might need to call back.Skiessentials review videos online is great and made the purchase with them to give it a try. I will not buy again, I will go back toevo.com instead, they have great customer service.

Our motto of “Gear for Skiers by Skiers” is about as real as it gets. We’re not some city shop that’s nowhere near a mountain; we live and play in the heart of the Green Mountains in Stowe, Vermont. We have access to the best terrain and snow on the east coast, and we take full advantage of it. We actually get on the skis we sell to ensure that you find the proper setup for you.
Based in Stowe, Vermont, SkiEssentials.com has come a long way over the years. Starting out 30 years ago as Bedside Tuners, a small tune shop in Stowe, the company grew to become what are now Pinnacle Ski and Sports and Inner Bootworks. The online business was a logical next step, and we made our first online sale in the basement office of our brick and mortar store in October of 2004, and we haven’t looked back since.See more
