Would not typically consider making my ski purchase online, but definitely will based on the really excellent and prompt customer service provided by Mike A via email. I submitted 2 inquiries online, and both were replied within hours. In comparison, I was setting up a new Wifi network at home and it took both Xfinity and Eero more than 5 days to reply to my inquires, so the quickness of his reply, especially in these unique times with COVID, is truly appreciated.Also, wow. He provided clear, detailed and informative information that ultimately helped me make a more educated and informed decision on which ski/binding pairing to purchase for my son. I have viewed dozens of thorough ski reviews from Ski Essentials, and now have experienced similarly excellent customer service from them as well.
