Mike A was absolutely amazing at getting me exactly what I needed. His ongoing communication with me went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced in a customer service situation. He was able to ship my skis to me quickly and they were well packaged. I normally shy away from ordering skis and ski equipment online but my experience with skiessentials.com has changed my mind and I highly recommend them if you need/want to order online.Unfortunately, resorts closed down early (due to COVID-19), so I am unable to give on-snow experience with my new skis but I'm looking forward to opening day.
