I ordered several items totaling nearly $200 from this company on December 1, 2025, for a family ski trip on December 19th, allowing plenty of time for delivery. Unfortunately, the items did not arrive before our trip and have yet to be delivered. After multiple follow-ups, I finally received a tracking number, only to find out that the products were shipping from overseas, which was not mentioned at the time of purchase. On December 28, 2025, I received a delivery in my mailbox — a plastic bag containing a remote-control fairy toy for a little girl. Shortly after, my order was marked as “partially delivered.” A few days later, I received another unexpected package from the same warehouse, using the same tracking number, which included a cheap green pullover that I never ordered. Clearly, their logistics are poorly managed. I reached out to their so-called “Customer Care” team more than five times, providing clear evidence of the packages and tracking information. Each time, I received the same generic response from someone named “Amelia,” asking me to be patient while they “investigate.” Weeks have passed with no resolution, no replacement, no refund, and no accountability. With the misleading representation as a legitimate ski brand, undisclosed international shipping, incorrect items sent, and a complete lack of genuine customer support, this company seems to be a scam. I will continue to report and review this company to prevent others from wasting their time and money as I did. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
