I had a very poor experience with this company. The product took over a week to arrive and was too small when it did. I contacted the company to arrange for a return, on the day of arrival, and they responded to say that I needed to post it back to China for a refund . . .. I will not be using them again.

This service is not legitimate. I paid in full, but the product never arrived. I attempted to reach out to the support team multiple times, but they neither resent the item nor refunded my money. Beware, this seems to be a scam!

Terrible experience with this company

I ordered several items totaling nearly $200 from this company on December 1, 2025, for a family ski trip on December 19th, allowing plenty of time for delivery. Unfortunately, the items did not arrive before our trip and have yet to be delivered. After multiple follow-ups, I finally received a tracking number, only to find out that the products were shipping from overseas, which was not mentioned at the time of purchase. On December 28, 2025, I received a delivery in my mailbox — a plastic bag containing a remote-control fairy toy for a little girl. Shortly after, my order was marked as “partially delivered.” A few days later, I received another unexpected package from the same warehouse, using the same tracking number, which included a cheap green pullover that I never ordered. Clearly, their logistics are poorly managed. I reached out to their so-called “Customer Care” team more than five times, providing clear evidence of the packages and tracking information. Each time, I received the same generic response from someone named “Amelia,” asking me to be patient while they “investigate.” Weeks have passed with no resolution, no replacement, no refund, and no accountability. With the misleading representation as a legitimate ski brand, undisclosed international shipping, incorrect items sent, and a complete lack of genuine customer support, this company seems to be a scam. I will continue to report and review this company to prevent others from wasting their time and money as I did. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Comfortable Boots for Daily Runs

Boot pressure used to spoil my initial runs each day. With the new solution, I hardly notice the boots at all. They also dry quickly, which is a significant advantage.

Misleading sizing guide and poor customer service

I followed the sizing guide on the website to choose size XL, considering my tall and slim build. However, they were uncomfortably tight at the top and restricted my circulation. I wanted to exchange for size XXL, but I was told returns aren't accepted. Instead, I was offered a 30% discount, which was unhelpful. When I mentioned leaving a negative review, they proposed a final 50% refund. Overall, purchasing here is risky—if they don't fit, they end up discarded! Disappointing customer service.

Claiming delivery when it never arrived...

Claiming the item was delivered despite it not being received. Very unimpressed. I only realized it was an overseas site while tracking the delivery. Now, my dispute is with my credit card company.

I would give zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if I could. I wore them on the first day of my skiing trip and ended up with painful blisters, making it hard to ski for the rest of my holiday. Anything touching my legs was intolerable, and I was in excruciating pain.
