Unfair refund policy. Their advertising suggests a money-back guarantee if you don’t advance 5 divisions. I watched enough videos to equal over 2 per week for the year. When I sought a refund, they denied it, stating I didn’t meet the 2 per week requirement. Seriously? I’m sorry I didn’t spread them out weekly and instead watched them all at once. Does it even matter? They’re telling me I can’t get a refund because I didn’t use their service enough? What am I paying for then? I watched a considerable amount of content, but due to life changes, I had to quit, and now I can’t get my money back because their policy insists on watching 2 per week for the entire year. That feels quite shady.
