Disappointing refund policy. Their promotions suggest a money-back guarantee if you fail to advance 5 divisions. I watched enough videos to meet the 2 per week requirement for the year. When I asked for a refund, they denied it, claiming I didn’t meet the viewing criteria. Seriously? I apologize for binge-watching instead of spacing them out. Does it really matter? They tell me I can’t get a refund because I didn’t use their service enough? What exactly am I paying for? I consumed a lot of content, but due to personal circumstances, I had to stop, and now I can’t get my money back because their policy insists on watching 2 per week throughout the year. That feels quite unfair.

When I sought a refund, they denied it, stating I didn’t meet the 2 per week requirement. Seriously? I’m sorry I didn’t spread them out weekly and instead watched them all at once. Does it even matter? They’re telling me I can’t get a refund because I didn’t use their service enough? What am I paying for then? I watched a considerable amount of content, but due to life changes, I had to quit, and now I can’t get my money back because their policy insists on watching 2 per week for the entire year. That feels quite shady.

I have emailed them several times over the past two weeks without receiving any response. I am inquiring about a refund within the 30-day no questions asked policy. I’m starting to think it’s their tactic to wait out the 30 days before responding and then deny the refund. Overall, a frustrating experience with their support.

Climbed to platinum

I have been stuck in gold for about three years. After watching their videos on assassins, mid-lane strategies, and roaming, I was able to climb to platinum in about two months. I’ve never reached platinum before, even as a support main. Now I’m a platinum player. This service was worth it for me, but you need to watch the videos and practice a lot.
