SCAM/FRAUD. I cancelled my subscription a long time ago, but charges continued to be taken from my card. When I contacted support to ask why I was being charged, they claimed my card details were linked to an email address. THAT EMAIL ADDRESS WAS NOT MINE. I requested cancellation and a full refund.
