I purchased several men’s underwear pieces from SKIMS at Globus, expecting premium quality given the high price point. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed.
After a short period of use, I noticed that the seams were already starting to come apart. The damage is clearly visible along the stitching, which should not happen with products in this price range.
I reported the issue to both SKIMS and Globus. SKIMS did respond, but simply redirected me back to the retailer, stating that it was not their responsibility. Globus, on the other hand, did not respond at all.
This kind of back-and-forth with no real solution is frustrating. While SKIMS at least replied, the lack of accountability and the complete silence from Globus leave a very negative impression. In the end, it is SKIMS’ product, and customers should not be left without support.
Overall, the quality does not match the price, and the customer service experience has been disappointing. I expected much more from both brands.
