I’m a repeat customer at Skims and love all of the things I’ve purchased. I’ve turned others towards scams, and they also are converts. My niece won’t wear anything but your product of line and was super excited when she went to the store in Chicago and got to try on all of the items there in person. I continue to be impressed with the above and beyond customer service that you offer, which makes shopping online so much more pleasant. Please don’t discontinue the cotton Jersey line. 5 stars all around: customer service, quality of products and durability and comfort.
Skims return policy is set up to force people to spend more money. they don’t do exchanges however i ordered 2 Cheeky briefs size large color sienna- the boxes were labeled correctly however both contained thongs size xx small in clay.
they refunded me for the items right away however, when you buy three pairs of underwear, cost is $39- otherwise they’re $20 each! So although they refunded me for two pair if I want to purchase what I originally ordered I’m gonna have to pay full price or buy an additional pair to enjoy $39. by the way, they told me I could keep or donate the incorrect items- laughable! but what am I gonna do with a size extra extra small when I wear a large in the wrong cut and the wrong color? These obviously are the underwear that don’t sell,… I get it you have shareholders and have to make your operating profit, but come on Kim stop ripping your customers off! This policy is NEFARIOUS!
The absolute worst customer service of any site I’ve ever dealt with in my life. The sizes literally are completely unrealistic and not true purchase items for my daughter who I’ve shopped for many times and she is a certain size that is successful across the board except for this product. The return process is ridiculous. Five emails later I still have not had success in being able to return the products. Shame on this company.
I purchased some compression underwear based on positive reviews, but when they arrived, they were the least compressing pair I have ever tried. They were extremely thin and stretchy, completely different from what was advertised and what I expected. Fortunately, I was able to return them, but it took more than three months to get my refund. Overall, it was overhyped and frustrating; I won't be buying again.
I sent back my item because it arrived too late, and I hadn’t even opened it. It was confirmed that it reached the returns warehouse on December 8th, but I haven't received a refund or any confirmation of receipt. I reached out to customer support but received no response. It's been almost two weeks since they got the item, and I've heard nothing back. I would never choose this service again because of this experience.
I have attempted to get in touch for a week, sending several emails regarding a missing order without receiving any replies. There's no phone support available, so if there's an issue with your order, you are left without assistance. I will not buy from this service again.
I purchased a push-up bra earlier this year and have enjoyed wearing it due to the flattering effect it provides. However, I've recently noticed that the quality has significantly declined. When I tried to wear it this morning, I discovered that the strip and lining fabric had come out of the padding. This has been quite frustrating.
I purchased several Christmas gifts on Black Friday from a retailer. After waiting a couple of weeks without receiving my delivery, I checked my order status only to find it was cancelled. There was no email notification or explanation provided. This lack of communication reflects poorly on their customer service. I made multiple online purchases during Black Friday and encountered no issues with other sellers.
I felt like I was getting the runaround from the customer service team and a supervisor who failed to adequately address my inquiries regarding the return process. Now, it seems like customer service is ignoring me. It's extremely frustrating not being able to reach a live representative. Overall, the experience was inefficient, unprofessional, and lacking a personal touch.
