I placed my order on September 30th, expecting it to ship within 2–5 business days as stated on the website. Over 15 days have passed, and my order hasn't even been packed yet. I attempted to reach out via email and social media, but received no real assistance, and they even deleted my public comment. This experience is very disappointing and feels dishonest.
