Disappointed with unexpected costs

I’m really let down by the official website. Shipping isn’t free as advertised. I placed an order on Black Friday, expecting great discounts, but the customs fees were based on original prices, making my import duties higher than the cost of the products. Order stuck and no response

Poor quality and service

I wish I had seen these reviews before buying from this site. The package arrived damaged and open, with one product leaking all over everything. When I emailed them, I offered to return the unopened product, but they demanded a picture of the shipping box. It's frustrating and too much trouble for something that took 12 days to arrive.

Worst experience ever

This is the worst experience I've had with an online order. I ordered products for a significant amount and was hit with unexpected customs fees. The delivery service didn’t contact me, took my package back, and I received no emails confirming the delivery attempt. They expect me to pay customs fees that were never mentioned.
