This is the worst experience I've had with an online order. I ordered products for a significant amount and was hit with unexpected customs fees. The delivery service didn’t contact me, took my package back, and I received no emails confirming the delivery attempt. They expect me to pay customs fees that were never mentioned. Their policy seems unreasonable, and I will never order from them again.
