I replied that it is illegal to refuse to return as per KOREA's Act on the Financial Consumer Protection, so they must cancel my order. My request was ignored, and they decided to create the shipping label the next day. I tried to contact them through chat on Korea's website, Kakao talk, and Instagram, but they ignored all my messages and replied "We will get back to you in a few minutes". I cannot imagine how many international customers have been scammed by this company's illegal refund policy.
