Seems to be a common problem! I also purchased a mask which said 2-3 day delivery. I sent a message on the online chat and got an immediate response; ‘due to covid’ shipping will be 5-16 days! Upon sending further questions about my order the response to my messages & emails have suddenly been ignored! I don’t believe these items are being sent from the U.K. as when you click on the shipping information there is a link to ‘17 Track’ this is an international shipping tracking service. I am doubting the authenticity of this company and their products. A Claim back has been filed with my bank. Lesson learnt!
