The company is fraud

The company is fraud. I have reported them to the consumer right department and they are also going to investigate the company they have another website claiming they are official dr. pen rep in UK I ordered from them it never arrived they never replied. I am in the legal process of getting my money back. be very careful with this company

I stupidly fell for this

I stupidly fell for this, but luckily paid through Pay Pal. It arrived, well outside the stated delivery date ( a complaint & a 50% discount voucher for further purchases sent, no way am I going to use!).I was immediately suspicious as it came from Hong Kong with the customs declaration value of $12 US (£8-9) . The mask was so heavy & could only been worn laying flat , but so uncomfortable & the neck piece kept falling off. I only tried it on, didn't use. Also the instruction leaflet was a very amateur, bad grammar, spelling mistakes & flimsy. I contacted them regarding return & after a few days got a reply. It cost £11 to send back , track & trace. Despite it being signed for early Monday morning, I didn't get a email saying they had inspected it & were going to refund me for another 4 days. The promised refund still hasn't arrived, they sent an email saying the PayPal refund payment was declined ( how convenient) but there is no trace of activity in my account. Since then I have emailed back, not received a reply & this morning, the live chat is strangely unavailable & the phone number doesn't connect. I have emailed again, but if I don't receive the refund within 48 working hours will take up a Paypal dispute.Don't fall for this like I did.There is no other choice but to award one star. There is no minus or none option. They don't deserve even one star.

The led mask I received from this…

The led mask I received from this company, was not the one advertised.It was not in the packaging, with the accompanying instructions. Which are not only vague, but full of spelling and grammar errors.However, it does state... To put mask away in its box when not in use. Impossible, when it didn't arrive in said box! It was merely wrapped in bubble wrap, in a brown card board box. I believe this product is not fit for purpose, and could be dangerous considering the type of use it is intended for.I've emailed the company, with the view to return this item, under the 2015 consumer right act. Sadly, I've had to award one star. When 0 would suffice.Do not use this company.

I was conned!

I was conned!! A Z-list celebrity was endorsing these on her Instagram with a generous discount code. I fell for it as she did make it very convincing and I got what I though was a HUGE saving. But it took 12 days to arrive, it arrived in an unbranded white flimsy cardboard box, instructions all in Chinese and that was when I felt sick. I went on AliExpress and found the exact same mask for less than £9!!I contacted the company but wouldn’t give a refund as it had to be within 14 days of purchase date and because I had opened it on Day 13 I couldn’t get it to them in time. They said they can offer me a 50% discount but after reading the reviews I don’t think I’ll bother. Waste of time abc money, I’ve now learned my lesson not to believe influencers on the socials!!!

Do not order.

Do not order.. mine broke within 10 days and have been trying to contact them for weeks and have not received a response!! No one reply’s to emails or calls!! Would not waste your time!!

My experience

It took approximately 3.5 weeks to receive my mask (Feb 21). I was disappointed with the packaging as it was in a cardboard box - not as shown in the advert. It wasn't wireless or straight forward to follow the instructions initially due to the Chinse translation into English! I emailed them about my concerns and after 10 days offered me £5 discount and confirmed the mask was within safety guidelines. My skin tone has improved since using the mask. I chose this mask as the website looked professional but I still have my doubts about about the mask and how it is manufactured.

Not worth the stress

I'm only giving 2 stars because I got my refund. It took 5 weeks to arrive but because I opened a PayPal dispute, I think they had to respond and handle things better. I sent the item back as soon as I received it and checked the courier tracking to make sure they received it back safely. They did and refunded me within 10 minutes of me messaging to say "I see you've received it, so please refund me". Never again - too stressful! UPDATE ON 22FEB2021: refund received.

Really impressed.

I do not really understand all the bad reviews on here, I ordered the led mask 2.0 for just under £60. It did take 15 days to arrive but in all fairness when I emailed to ask where my order was they responded quickly and updated me on how long it would take to come! When the mask arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It is built well and there are loads of lights which make a very powerful light! Lots of colour options too and it’s wireless!! It is the exact same model as on the website too. All in all, for £60 I really can’t complain, you can pay £300+ for similar models on line and to me waiting a couple more weeks for delivery is well worth it. Many thanks.
