I ordered a product on January 5 and reached out on the 15th because it hadn't shipped. They informed me of a shipping mistake and promised it would be sent soon with a complimentary item. However, all they did was create a shipping label, and after another week, it still hadn't shipped. This company is deceitful, taking your money without delivering. I can't reach them by phone or email, and their customer service is very poor.
