Very Disappointed with Service

I purchased an item on January 5 and contacted them on the 15th due to it not being shipped. They said there was a shipping error and promised it would be sent quickly along with a free item. However, they only created a shipping label, and after another week, it still hadn’t shipped. This company is untrustworthy, taking your money without delivering. I can't get in touch with them, and their customer service is terrible.

Terrible Experience with Order
