I wrote this review May 2021 and I got a reply today 4years and 3months later. Well I’m speechless by the reply and the speed of customer service. Over 4 years well well well ! I was tempted by the hefty discount, I ordered, it arrived quickly, I was thinking I had found a gem. Sadly it stops there. The day moisturiser arrived, I removed the top, no foil seal to protect the ingredients so there’s no guarantee this product had already been used, it’s thin, runny, the smell is horrendous, reminds me of cat urine, I washed it off but I can still smell it. We live in a world with many many skin care brands offering us great products, sadly this does not happen here and it is very disappointing and I can now see why you get a hefty discount. I would never pay full price for this rubbish. I give them 2 stars for delivery and the product is now in the bin.
