Never received my product + 0 customer service. I ordered from SkinFoodFix 2 months ago. My package has been stuck in the US for 2 months. I've tried contacting them and they ignored my emails for weeks until I finally told them I would get my bank involved and consumer protection services. Even then they have been incredibly unhelpful and ignored follow up emails. USPS has told me only they, the sender, can receive info on the package, and that's also after spending money on international calls. It's truly shocking we still have customer service like this in 2022, I'm not sure how they feel about having repeat customers feel so betrayed by them. Especially coming from a small business owner myself... let alone just human to human. I'm now out $120 USD and they don't even care. I've spent so much time and energy trying to get this sorted, I'm currently getting my bank involved but other than that, I'm giving up. It's sad because their whole ethos is helping people, but I guess once they cash their check they don't give a fck.
