website doesn't work - item ordered was sent to my billing address not delivery address as I had specified. made purchase again as I though I was at fault but seems the same thing has happened. you need to sort this out as could certainly happen to someone else. now I have to travel to collect my purchases which obviously defeats the purpose of ordering online. managed to contact customer services but no apology given, just told I would have to pick the order up. would not use again. once I obtain the items I'll return for a full refund. wasted my time.
