If I could give ‘0’ stars I would. Terrible customer service. First time I have used Skinforia. Wrong item delivered. No answer on contact telephone number - 5 voicemail messages left and 2 written communications via their contact link on their website, 2 tweets sent - no response to any of these and it’s now been 7 days since I received incorrect item. Currently stuck with a £31 wrong item and am without the item I wanted. I’m pretty appalled at the lack of urgency for someone to contact me and correct their mistake.Have now had to raise a dispute with my credit card company as literally no communication from these people.
