Beware of Subscription Traps

I only realized after being charged for four months that I had unknowingly subscribed to this service through a deceptive email that promised a €1 birthday pack. When I discovered I had around €120 in credits, I attempted to use them, but was shocked to find very few products available. I managed to select three items just to redeem the credits, but the support team refused to issue a refund. To make matters worse, two of the three items were out of stock with no option to modify the order. Ultimately, I received just one item valued at approximately €10 while paying €12 for shipping. This is completely unacceptable. Stay away from this service.

Beware of Scammers

They are indeed scammers. I thought I was purchasing a bag from a site, but ended up subscribed to their service, and they refuse to refund my money! Their response was: 'I apologize for the confusion and frustration. Our system does not make unauthorized charges. The €19.99 payment was for a gift card that converts into store credits. No physical bag was ordered. Your cancellation has been processed, and a confirmation email was sent. Refunds are not available for the initial gift card purchase under our Terms and Conditions.' They claim to be an independent company and not affiliated with any brands shown in my screenshots.

Refund Conditions?

This is a follow-up to my previous review. They contacted me seven months after my initial complaint: 'Dear Customer, regarding your refund request and account deactivation... To fully resolve your case, we kindly ask that you delete your review...'. They offered me a €30 refund from the €90 they took from me if I complied. It’s ironic how they care about my review but still run a scam operation.

Scammed by Them

I've been a victim of their scam. They refused to refund me for a fraudulent subscription. After numerous emails and threats to report them, they finally stopped trying to take my money, but the entire situation was completely deceitful. The initial email I sent explained the scam I fell for, believing I was signing up for a gift. They need to understand that I was misled. If they don't refund me, they are complicit in a crime, and I will report this to the authorities.
