Really happy with the results - I have been using the overnight kit for nearly a week and my teeth are starting to look lovely and white. As a coffee drinker I thought I’d never get my teeth nice and white again but very happy to finally have pure white teeth again.
I ordered the daytime gels and found the ordering process straightforward. However, shortly after placing my order, I received an email informing me that the gels were actually out of stock. As I needed them for an upcoming event, I contacted customer service to ask about the expected restock date. After some back and forth, I was told they anticipated new stock towards the end of the month.What I found particularly frustrating was that the same gels continued to be advertised as available for purchase on their website, despite being out of stock. This feels misleading and doesn't seem like good sales practices.This felt like a red flag, so I requested a refund. I was informed a few days later that the refund had been processed, but the funds have yet to appear in my account.Overall, my experience was disappointing. I don't think that continuing to sell items that are not in stock is acceptable and it undermines trust in the company.
Wow. I mean WOW. I have spent years with crest whitening strips and other products from the pharmacy and even with my dentist, but nothing has worked as well as as this. Not only is it quick, but it’s incredibly comfortable and long lasting. No pain and outstanding results.I don’t usually leave reviews for anything, but I felt compelled to because this product is a complete winner.

It is now 10 months since I completed my treatment (night gels) and my teeth are still looking great and stain free. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Thank you!
