Bought Car antifreeze snow removal devices, because I live in Quebec (a lot of snow in the winter). I received my order but it did not work at all. So within the period I sent an e-mail the customer service for them to provide me with a return adress and a full refund. Did not hear from them, I sent a second request still no answer from them.
I lost 100$. It was my first and last transaction with this non reliable company.
This is a review on their advertising not the product, which is a small chopper. The guy on the site says free shipping. But on the order form £5.19 has been charged for shipping. I didn't place the order. I now take notice of where the product is being shipped. I live in London but if something is being shipped from the US or China, I skip it since it takes 3 to 4 weeks. If you try to return something to China it'll cost twice as much in shipping than you paid for the item.
Ordered from averyard early Jan 2026, order number- ave 332020. package was processed Jan. 16, 2026. tracking number assigned TW2601P25027432660.Rec'd info Feb. 9 2026 that package was delivered by USPS. No package arrived sent multiple e mails to customer service no response. No follow up.

I recently purchased a car dash camera. I received the item, was not what I thought it would be. I accidently deleted my transaction number. Now I can't process a return and I've emailed them 3 times. NO ONE HAS GOTTON BACK TO ME.. VERY UPSET...

I have emailed this company 3 times with a complaint about my order and have not received a reply … no way to run a supposed global company … totally disappointed and feeling ripped off… if they read reviews maybe I will get a responseI have now received my item and it is not as seen in the promotional video… Still haven’t had a response.I would like to update my review.. I have now had a response and Averyard have apologised and refunded my money .. that is good customer service… thank you.
