The customer service is horrendous, and that's saying it lightly. I recently went to Melbourne and purchased the 3 day roaming plan which did not work the entire time I was away. I attempted to contact customer service on my return. Their contact centre is open for 4 hours per day, and instead they push you to go through various chat functions which can take upwards of 1 day just for the verification process (where they ask you for everything but the kitchen sink!). BEWARE! After my plan is over, I am quickly jumping ship.
