My experience has been incredibly disappointing. I placed my order on the 4th, and it still hasn't arrived. I'm unable to get a real update on its status, and my recent emails have been ignored. All I want is to cancel the order and receive a refund, but it seems that won't be possible. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this service has been truly unsatisfactory.
