I've bought a sweatshirt from Skinnydip London before that I really adore and recently I placed an order for two more jumpers but I had some complications. However, the customer service from Amauche was excellent, helped resolve my issue and was really friendly :D I'll definitely order again.
Skinny Dip products are well made and fun, unfortunately on this occasion the items I bought weren't quite right for my requirements
Amauche did a great job in fixing my query and ensuring that the refund I required was investigated and processed quickly.
Twice my order was marked as delivered, and twice it never arrived at the correct address. I confirmed the address directly with the company, and it was correct.
After the first failure, they sent a replacement, which also failed to arrive.
Very disappointing experience and a complete lack of reliable delivery. I will not be ordering again.
I had issue with a phone case which became out of stock after I had ordered it. Cora has been extremely helpful with it all and wring any questions I have as well as sorting my refund. She is a perfect representative of great customer service and o fully recommend this company.
I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience while trying to buy a Christmas gift this year. I accidentally ordered two of the same item and immediately emailed to cancel one. Unfortunately, my email went unanswered, and the next day my order was shipped. I followed up with another email explaining that I wouldn't accept responsibility since they didn't respond and there was no option to cancel on their website. Instead, I received a response that was completely irrelevant, forcing me to restate my issue. After being ignored for a week, I had to start the refund process all over again. Eventually, I received another AI-generated apology but no actual resolution. If you encounter any problems with the service, don't expect them to be addressed. Now, I have to reach out to my bank to resolve this payment issue.
I purchased two items as Christmas gifts well in advance, but after eight days, the order status still shows as unfulfilled. They processed the payment quickly, but the order remains unprocessed. I've seen similar reviews and wish I had checked them before ordering from a smaller company.

The support team was exceptional when my order went missing with the carrier. With it being just before Christmas, I was very worried that my family wouldn't receive their gifts. The representative was incredibly helpful when others offered no assistance. I now have my order replaced and on its way to me in time for the big day.
