Terrible. I ordered my item on the 4th and still haven't received it. I can't get a genuine update on its whereabouts, and my recent emails have gone unanswered. All I want is to cancel the order and get my money back, but it seems that won't happen. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this service is truly appalling.
