I honestly can't remember the last time I left a negative review but I felt compelled today due to just how dreadful the customer service has been. If I am being completely honest I'm not actually convinced this is a real company, it appears legitimate on online but I think this may indeed be a scam.Placed an order online on the 28th November to be told it's been delayed, have contacted them on four different occasions to the same automated response. Have requested an update, have enquired about how to make a complaint and have requested a refund for an item that has never been received and no response.So I have no choice but to report them to trading standards, thankfully my father in law works for them so it makes the process a little easier but it's beside the point. So if anyone is reading this I would highly recommend to avoid, as I don't believe this a genuine company.
