Ordered a gift card and a perfume which was supposed to be shipped within two days. After a week, still no updates on shipping and I had to chase customer support twice to get an update on my order. An agent told me on Friday the 23rd that, because of an error in the system, my order did not come through and they would create another order which was supposed to arrive on Saturday. They only told me this after I had to chase them again on the status. No pro-active messaging whatsoever.I received no tracking updates, and after consulting with an agent again, they told me to wait until this evening while providing me with a track & trace code that did not work. I told them that I wanted to cancel my order, but I wasn't allowed to because DHL supposedly already had my order.After asking with DHL what the status was, they said to consult Skins again, because they couldn't give me an order. Skins again, refer me to DHL.Kastje - muur. Would absolutely not recommend as they are not friendly and very unhelpful - only blaming other parties.
