I have been a longstanding customer for nearly a decade and have spent a significant amount with this company over the years. I now have £590 in unused treatments that I am unable to access.
The only solution offered has been to travel to alternative clinics, requiring up to a 3-hour round trip for short appointments scheduled every 1–2 weeks. As a registered disabled customer with neurological conditions, this is not a reasonable or safe expectation.
Despite raising this formally, I have received no response.
Very disappointing handling of a loyal customer, particularly given the lack of consideration for accessibility.
