I have been going to this clinic for over a year now and have never had a bad experience. The reception staff are always warm and welcoming and are always in a joyous mood. I booked for half legs laser hair removal originally and later upgraded to full leg, and then also bought underarms. The girls will always try and find a good deal for you and are always happy to help. Today was my first appointment with Hannah and she was fantastic. She is well experienced and has amazing customer service. She is super friendly and chatty and really makes you feel comfortable in her presence. She is thorough in her work and I would highly recommend treatments with her. Have seen previous comments stating they are hard to get hold of, I have never had a problem in over a year contacting them, whether it be by phone or email they have always been really responsive and helpful. I can not recommend this Leeds salon enough!
