I had my first appointment at skinspaceuk at the birmingham branch on saturday and i was over the moon with the customer service i received off the lovely lady on reception (sorry did not get her name). i then had my consultation with the therapist sarah who did everything to reassure me as i was quite nervous at first and she explained everything in a lot of detail. Its safe to say i cannot wait to start my course of treatments!
