I placed my order on October 9th with a promised shipping time of 2-3 days. It's now October 16th, and despite emailing for an update, I have received none. I've also checked the shipping service with no updates there either. I've sent another email this morning. Regardless of the amount spent, I expect some communication to explain the delay. As other reviewers have noted, customer service seems to be lacking. Update: they have now contacted me regarding the progress of my order and when it will ship. Further update: despite being informed it would ship Thursday, I now, on Saturday (9 days later), have no shipping notification or delivery. I will avoid this company moving forward. This is unacceptable.
