If I could, I would rate this service with zero stars. They quickly took my payment, but when I attempted to return my items, they seem to have disappeared. I've been trying to initiate a return since January 11th and emailed for guidance as instructed, yet I still haven't received a response after 9 days. I plan to escalate this as they shouldn’t keep my money for subpar items. I'm appalled by their lack of communication.
