If I could, I would give this service zero stars. They quickly took my money, but when it comes to returns, they seem to disappear. I've been trying to return my items since January 11th and emailed for guidance as per their instructions, yet I still haven’t heard back. It's now been 9 days with no communication from the support team. I intend to raise this issue further, as they cannot hold my money for items that don’t meet advertised standards. I'm appalled at their lack of courtesy.
I was initially inclined to leave a positive review due to the reasonable price, timely delivery, and good quality fit. However, I received the wrong colors entirely. Despite multiple emails seeking assistance, I've received no acknowledgment or help, which reflects poorly on their customer support. Although I can wear what was sent, it doesn’t match my skin tone, and I certainly won't be reordering.

I felt the need to write a positive review because my experience has been great. The tights are warm and perfect for wearing to work with smart dresses. They arrived promptly, and the quality is impressive—I purchase a lot of tights!
After seeing numerous ads, I ordered tights with a buy one get one free offer. I added two pairs to my basket, but the confirmation email indicated only one pair. I assumed this was standard due to the promotion, but only one pair arrived. I've sent multiple emails with no acknowledgment from them. Spending almost £40 for just one pair of tights is ridiculous, especially since the offer was my motivation for purchasing.
