The customer service is completely lacking. I received an email on the day I placed my order stating that it was on its way. After waiting over a month with no delivery, I started to believe that this might be a scam. I filed a dispute through a payment platform, which then reached out to them. They replied with an email, promising either delivery or a refund. Despite multiple requests for a refund, I still haven't received either the items or my money back. I cannot recommend this service at all. Their prices are also very high; I've found the same item on another platform for a fraction of the cost.
