Skippyhome are liars, frauds, and fakes. NOT Australian. I thought I checked carefully enough, but I did not. Obviously I’m furious. They say they are an Australian company located in Australia and ship from Australia. They do not. They are Chinese scammers. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Your Order will likely never arrive. If it does arrive, it will be in a few months time. It will be cheap crap that is nothing like you ordered. You will contact the company by email. You will be ignored, you will not get a refund.

Customer service is lacking

The customer service is severely lacking. I received an email on the day I placed my order indicating that it was on its way. After waiting over a month without delivery, I began to suspect they might be a scam. I initiated a dispute through a payment platform, which then contacted them. They sent me an email promising either delivery or a refund. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, I still have not received the items or my money back. I cannot recommend them at all. Their prices are also excessively high; I later found the same item on another site for a fraction of the cost.

Avoid ordering from here

Avoid ordering from this service. It claims to be based in Australia, but it's been three weeks since I placed my order and it still hasn't arrived. Their customer service is terrible—no replies to two emails and only a scripted response when I contacted them via messaging. It's simply not worth it.

Ordered car seat gap fillers, no delivery

I ordered car seat gap fillers on December 11th. They promised express delivery, but I have yet to receive anything. The tracking system directs me to the shop rather than providing real tracking details. I was asked to download an app that monitors my Google account for tracking. The app said the item was delivered two hours ago, but I have no idea where it was sent. I emailed two days ago but have received no response. How are they allowed to operate like this? I noticed they aren't registered in Australia.

Buyer beware regarding this service

Following my previous review warning about this service, I can now say the hair clips were shipped on December 6th, shortly after I lodged a complaint with a payment platform. Tracking information was included in their response. However, the shipping agent is a Chinese company, and it seems my parcel was handed over to a local postal service. There is confusion over the delivery, as the tracking states it was delivered to a 'Parcel Locker' that does not exist at my address. In any case, this service is not truly Australian and ships from overseas if you are lucky enough to receive your items. I still advise caution.

I placed an order on December 12, 2025, with this service, received an email confirmation, and then an email about tracking, which claimed to show it was dispatched. However, the tracking only showed that information was received, not dispatched. After various communications filled with apologies, I realized this is likely a scam. I've reported this service and urge anyone else facing similar issues to do the same.

Awful customer service & extremely slow shipping

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered some hair clips on December 8th, hoping to receive them before Christmas. I believed the service was located in Australia, as their website promised Australia-wide fast shipping within 4-7 days. This turned out to be completely false. After a week, I tried to reach out through their chat but only received generic responses stating they would get back to me, which they never did. I emailed them and finally received a response over a week later, stating the item was overseas, as I suspected. The tracking showed no progress for three weeks. I was promised a refund if I didn't receive my order by Christmas, which was also a lie! My order finally arrived in Australia nearly a month later, and I found the same hair clips at other local stores for the same price or less. I will never order from this service again and would never recommend them. The worst customer service I've ever experienced!

Scam alert - DO NOT TRUST!

Unfortunately, this seems to be a scam website. I clearly didn't do enough research and thought it was an Australian site, but it appears to be based in China. I placed two orders on December 6th and 14th, 2025, and have yet to receive anything. I've sent numerous emails without any response. I'm really disappointed.
