I ordered car seat gap fillers on December 11th. They promised express delivery, but I have yet to receive anything. The tracking system directs me to the shop rather than providing real tracking details. I was asked to download an app that monitors my Google account for tracking. The app said the item was delivered two hours ago, but I have no idea where it was sent. I emailed two days ago but have received no response. How are they allowed to operate like this? I noticed they aren't registered in Australia.
