I ordered on November 5th, and the tracking states it has been 'out for delivery' since November 20th from a location nearby. Now it's November 26th, and I've received no responses to my emails or online messages. I'm unsure if my order will ever arrive, and based on these reviews, I fear it might be broken. I wish I had seen these warnings before placing my order.
