Customer service is lacking

The customer service is severely lacking. I received an email on the day I placed my order indicating that it was on its way. After waiting over a month without delivery, I began to suspect they might be a scam. I initiated a dispute through a payment platform, which then contacted them. They sent me an email promising either delivery or a refund. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, I still have not received the items or my money back. I cannot recommend them at all. Their prices are also excessively high; I later found the same item on another site for a fraction of the cost.
