Ordered dinner on Valentine’s Day from Gabby’s on Kingston Rd, 3 ciders ordered but not delivered. Contacted Skip through the app FIVE times and kept being told to call back because they couldn’t get through to restaurant.Was put on hold in chat for 45 mins and then the rep left the chat. No resolution, terrible customer service and even spoke with a “manager” named Cheryl who assured me this would be resolved the next day, which was 2 days ago. NO accountability, NO follow through. Will definitely not use the service again.
