I have an issue with the menu on the app. I ordered a BigMac Xtra Value Meal and spent almost $25, only to receive two pieces of bread soaked in mayo and lettuce, with NO MEAT! The fries were cold, and the only satisfactory part of the meal was the baked apple pie and the large soda. I recommend changing the location of the "NON-MEAT" BigMac on the menu, as it does not qualify as a BigMac; it's not even close to a "Veggie Burger". It was quite disappointing. Although I understand my order was incorrect due to a misunderstanding, the app should take responsibility for misplacing the item among the meat options. I shouldn't need to examine the menu closely, particularly since this item is clearly miscategorized. Unfortunately, because I didn't take a picture of the non-meat burger before discarding it, they denied my request for a refund. I wasn't looking for a full refund—just the cost of the non-meat burger, as the mistake was not my fault but rather an issue with the app. Given the revenue from deliveries, one would expect customer satisfaction to be prioritized over an $8 burger that isn't even worth that amount. If this item is to remain on the menu, it should at least be moved to the salad section, so that customers expecting a hamburger at a hamburger establishment actually receive the meat they ordered, instead of this disappointing alternative.
