My experience was extremely disappointing, and I won't return. A system error caused my son's order to be placed four times. He made one order but ended up being charged for four. Doesn't this raise any concerns for the service? This isn't typical behavior! I assisted my son in contacting customer support, and it felt like we were dealing with robots. If they are human, they must be the most clueless representatives I've ever encountered. Initially, we were acknowledged and told to wait while they reviewed the account. After 15 minutes of silence, we had to check in for updates. Five minutes later, they said they needed more time to review (20 minutes without any progress!). Then, just a few minutes later, they responded with, “Happy to be of assistance. Is there anything else I can help you with today?” Yes, our initial question remains unanswered! They provided no useful information and basically claimed our issue was impossible, suggesting we report it as fraud to the bank. Fraud? By whom? The service! Total thieves and a terrible company.
