Drivers should be accountable for their deliveries. Ensure you have the correct order given to you before you leave the store. We received the wrong order plus the order was in terrible condition. Pizza toppings were slid to one side and up the box.
Delivery driver took no accountability.
Need to stop using these crappy Delivery companies. We will always order directly from a restaurant and pick up ourselves going forward. Skip the terrible middle man!

I used Skip the Dishes for the first time and it asked my location for the delivery and then for detailed information which I entered to tell my suite and the 2nd floor and noted the name of our medical clinic which includes the City in the name. I got a call from a delivery guy in the wrong city - somehow they had an address in another city. I'm sure part of it is my first time trying to navigate their app but I reached out to Skip the Dishes and they just said no refund. No effort to remedy the situation. They were rude when we replied and said we would never get a refund now or ever again on our account(Muideen O. and Deen were the staff that replied). Please use any other delivery service!!!

Disappointing Delivery Experience

I placed an order for a burger at 6:12 with an estimated delivery time of 8:30. After waiting too long, I contacted the support team for a refund, only to be informed by the bot that it would arrive at 8:40, after which the chat was closed. I am now in the process of canceling my order. This app is quite frustrating.

Missing Item and Poor Quality in My Order

My order was delivered with an item missing (Hummus & Pita), and the quality of the remaining food was disappointing. The garlic potatoes and falafel balls seemed to have been prepared long before, reheated, and packed only after the order was made. The food was stale and not freshly made. The restaurant does not offer a direct contact number, making it impossible to address the issue directly with them. I contacted the support team, but no actions were taken to rectify the situation. I was merely told to accept what had happened. I asked for either freshly prepared replacements for the stale items or a full refund. Unfortunately, neither option was offered. This experience reflects badly on both the restaurant and the delivery platform. Providing missing items and reheated food, then refusing to resolve the matter, is unacceptable and unfair to customers.

Extremely disappointing experience, I won't return.

My experience was extremely disappointing, and I won't return. A system error caused my son's order to be placed four times. He made one order but ended up being charged for four. Doesn't this raise any concerns for the service? This isn't typical behavior! I assisted my son in contacting customer support, and it felt like we were dealing with robots. If they are human, they must be the most clueless representatives I've ever encountered. Initially, we were acknowledged and told to wait while they reviewed the account. After 15 minutes of silence, we had to check in for updates. Five minutes later, they said they needed more time to review (20 minutes without any progress!). Then, just a few minutes later, they responded with, “Happy to be of assistance. Is there anything else I can help you with today?” Yes, our initial question remains unanswered! They provided no useful information and basically claimed our issue was impossible, suggesting we report it as fraud to the bank. Fraud? By whom? The service! Total thieves and a terrible company.

Frustrating Experience with Delivery Service

I ordered twice from this service, and the first delivery took an incredibly long time to arrive. For the second order, the driver failed to check the order properly, which led to missing two bottles of soda that I had requested. When I looked at the store's receipt, those items weren't listed at all, even though my order confirmation showed that I paid for two 500ml bottles costing $8. I only received a refund for one. Overall, this delivery service continues to disappoint.
