My order was delivered with an item missing (Hummus & Pita), and the quality of the remaining food was disappointing. The garlic potatoes and falafel balls seemed to have been prepared long before, reheated, and packed only after the order was made. The food was stale and not freshly made. The restaurant does not offer a direct contact number, making it impossible to address the issue directly with them. I contacted the support team, but no actions were taken to rectify the situation. I was merely told to accept what had happened. I asked for either freshly prepared replacements for the stale items or a full refund. Unfortunately, neither option was offered. This experience reflects badly on both the restaurant and the delivery platform. Providing missing items and reheated food, then refusing to resolve the matter, is unacceptable and unfair to customers.
